These terms cover the recurring automated text message program operated by AlpineLeaf Gear LLC ("AlpineLeaf", "we", "us"). They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
The program
AlpineLeaf sends recurring automated text messages to people who have opted in through our website at https://alpineleafgear.com/updates. Opt-in is optional and is never a condition of applying for a role or of any purchase.
Message types
If you opt in, you may receive messages about:
- Job opening alerts
- Application status updates
- Interview reminders and scheduling
- New assignments and onboarding updates
- Marketing and promotional messages about job opportunities
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on activity on your applications and on how many roles open that match your preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier under your plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves. Check your plan if you are unsure what your carrier charges for incoming or outgoing messages.
How to opt in
Visit https://alpineleafgear.com/updates, enter your mobile number and submit the form. You may also text the keyword START or YES to join once you have received a message inviting you to do so. Opt-in keywords: START,YES.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us and you will receive no further messages from this program. Opt-out keywords: STOP,UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out we will send you a single confirmation and nothing more. You can also email [email protected] and we will remove your number manually.

Your mobile information
We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and it is not a condition of applying for a role. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Supported carriers
The program is available on major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Google Voice, Mint Mobile, Consumer Cellular, and others. Carrier support may change without notice.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control. Message delivery may fail if your device is switched off, out of coverage, or if your carrier blocks the message.
Changes to the program
We may change or end this program, or update these terms. When we update these terms the effective date at the top of the page will change.
